Ticket sales for all events at Veikkaus Arena are handled by Ticketmaster. Grab your tickets in advance at ticketmaster.fi.

Open on event days, the Veikkaus Arena ticket office is located at the upper entrance of the venue. The ticket office typically opens about an hour before doors open.
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance and downloading the Ticketmaster app, so you’ll always have easy access to your tickets via your user account.
More and more events now use mobile tickets, which means you can only access your purchased tickets through the Ticketmaster app on your smartphone, or by logging into your Ticketmaster account via your phone's browser.
Here’s how to use Mobile Only tickets:
1. Purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster.
2. Your order confirmation will be added to your Ticketmaster account and a copy will be sent to you by email. The tickets will be accessible on your Ticketmaster account within 15 minutes of completing the purchase.
3. Log in to you Ticketmaster account via the Ticketmaster app or the browser on your smartphone.
4. Open ”My Events” and choose your event from ”Upcoming”.
5. Open your ticket QR code by tapping the ”View Ticket” button. Sometimes it may take a while for the QR code to open, just wait patiently without closing the ticket.
6. Turn up the brightness on your phone screen for quick and easy scanning.

At our events, payments can be made using debit and credit cards. You can focus on enjoying the event, as transactions are fast, secure, and smooth. Cash is accepted only at selected sales points.
Event schedules will be updated on the event page as the date approaches. Please also follow the organizer’s official channels for the latest information. Note that all schedules are approximate and subject to change.
We kindly ask visitors to arrive without large bags or excessive belongings. Please note that the list of prohibited items may vary depending on the event.

Arena's cloakroom is available at the main entrance during events. The price is 5 euros (an additional fee applies for re-entry).
First aid personnel are present at every event and move among the audience. If you need assistance, please contact the Veikkaus Arena staff. The first aid station is located on the third floor, opposite Staircase A, next to Section 302.
During events, Veikkaus Arena offers a wide selection of reusable earplugs and various types of hearing protection at dedicated sales points.
Reusable earplugs are also available for purchase at the Arena’s sales points as needed.
At the Arena, you have the opportunity to purchase fan merchandise at dedicated sales points during specific events. If needed, please contact the event organizer regarding fan merchandise sales for the event you are attending.
Fan merchandise sales points are located in the lower lobby on the 1st floor opposite section 105, and on the 3rd floor next to section 301.
Professional cameras (with detachable lenses), audio recorders, and video recording equipment is prohibited. Please also check the event-specific guidelines to see whether recording or photographing the event is allowed.
Lost property from events is delivered to Lost & Found Finland Oy, where inquiries can be made. Their phone service is available 24/7 at +358 600 41006.

Accessibility
There is an accessible platform located on the 1st floor behind sections 113 and 114. Tickets to the platform are sold as wheelchair tickets at Ticketmaster.
Wheelchair accessible bathrooms are located near the platform.
Depending on specific event productions, it may be possible to purchase a ticket to the floor. Please contact us or Ticketmaster before purchasing to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
Personal assistant policies may vary from event to event. We kindly ask all customers who wish to receive an assistant ticket to contact Ticketmaster or us before purchasing any tickets, so we can recommend the right solutions for your specific needs.
Please keep in mind that you may need to provide proof for need of assistance upon arrival to the event, e.g. a formal assistant card (EU Disability Card, Card for Visually Impaired), doctor’s / medical certificate or other equivalent document.
Wheelchair tickets & assistants
In most cases, an assistant is included in a wheelchair ticket and therefore you will not need a separate ticket for your assistant. This will be communicated in the ticket purchase process.
Wheelchair tickets will be available for purchase online, by phone and in ticket outlets.
Need for assistant (no wheelchair)
Orders with need for separate assistant tickets cannot be purchased online.

Inclusivity
There are gender-neutral bathrooms located near sections 110 and 111.
There is a Safe Space located on the 1st floor near the main entrance to support the needs of fans who may think or process things differently. There will be a trained host available in the Safe Space during events, and the room is equipped with comfortable seats, weighted blankets, and headphones.
The staff in the Safe Space are also trained to handle any harassment issues, so if you encounter any unwanted behaviour, please do not hesitate to contact the space or any member of our staff.
Veikkaus Arena has a zero tolerance policy for all forms of harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence, and abuse of power.

Accessible parking is available on parking decks 1 and 4, with elevator access to the Arena’s main entrance. Security staff will assist with outdoor mobility if needed and guide you to the best route.
Access to the accessible wheelchair platform is through section 114. Seats are sold via Ticketmaster as wheelchair tickets. The bar near section 115 is lowered for wheelchair users.
The assistant policy may vary by event. Customers who require a companion ticket are asked to contact Ticketmaster or the Arena directly before purchasing tickets so we can recommend the best solution.
Proof of need for assistance may be required upon arrival at the event. Acceptable proof includes:
- EU Disability Card
- Visual Impairment Card
- Medical or healthcare certificate
- Other equivalent documentation
In most cases, a wheelchair ticket includes one companion, and no separate ticket is needed. This will be confirmed during the ticket purchase process.

Gender-neutral restrooms are located near seating sections 110 and 111.
On the first floor, near the main entrance, you’ll find the Safe Space, designed to support fans who think or experience things differently. During events, trained staff are present in the room, which features comfortable seating, weighted blankets, and headphones.
Our staff is trained to handle harassment situations, so if you encounter unwanted behavior, please do not hesitate to contact the Safe Space team or any of our employees.
Veikkaus Arena enforces zero tolerance for all forms of harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence, and abuse of power.
All our visitors are expected to follow the principles of a safer space.
Arrival

You can leave your bicycle in the designated area (see map).
You cannot park a scooter in this area. The nearest scooter parking is located on Ratapihantie, opposite Haaga-Helia.
In the Arena parking garage, Aimo Park Easy barrier-free parking is in use. The camera automatically recognizes the license plate and measures the parking time. For payment, we recommend downloading the Aimo Park app.
Parking rates are:
Mon–Sun: €2.50 / starting 60 min
During events from 16:00–12:00: €16.00 + possible operator service fee (see list below).
You can pay for parking in the following ways:
- On-site at the payment machine (no extra fees)
- With the Aimo Park app (adds a service fee of 10% of the parking price, minimum €0.49 and maximum €4)
- With the Easy Park app (adds a service fee of 15% of the parking price, minimum €0.59)
- With the Park Man app (adds a service fee of 15% of the parking price + €0.35)
- Post-payment via the website within 48h after parking at easy.aimopark.fi (no extra fees)
- By invoice afterwards (an invoicing fee of €5 will be added)
Veikkaus Arena’s parking garage is open 24 hours a day.
Electric vehicle charging stations are available in the parking garage on levels P1 (6 units) and P4 (6 units). The charging price is €0.35 / kWh.
