How do I book tickets to Veikkaus Arena events?

Ticket sales for all events at Veikkaus Arena are handled by Ticketmaster.
Grab your tickets in advance at ticketmaster.fi.

Open on event days, the Veikkaus Arena ticket office is located at the upper entrance of the venue. The ticket office typically opens about an hour before doors open.

We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance and downloading the Ticketmaster app, so you’ll always have easy access to your tickets via your user account.

More and more events now use mobile tickets, which means you can only access your purchased tickets through the Ticketmaster app on your smartphone, or by logging into your Ticketmaster account via your phone's browser.

Here’s how to use Mobile Only tickets:
1.    Purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster.
2.    Your order confirmation will be added to your Ticketmaster account and a copy will be sent to you by email. The tickets will be accessible on your Ticketmaster account within 15 minutes of completing the purchase.
3.    Log in to you Ticketmaster account via the Ticketmaster app or the browser on your smartphone.
4.    Open ”My Events” and choose your event from ”Upcoming”. 
5.    Open your ticket QR code by tapping the ”View Ticket” button. Sometimes it may take a while for the QR code to open, just wait patiently without closing the ticket.
6.    Turn up the brightness on your phone screen for quick and easy scanning.

What payment methods are available at Veikkaus Arena?

At our events, payments can be made using debit and credit cards, as well as contactless payment. You can focus on enjoying the event, as transactions are fast, secure, and smooth. Cash is accepted only at selected sales points.

Where can I find the event schedule?

Event schedules will be updated on the event page as the date approaches. Please also follow the organizer’s official channels for the latest information. Note that all schedules are approximate and subject to change.

What can I bring to an event?

We kindly ask visitors to arrive without large bags or excessive belongings. Please note that the list of prohibited items may vary depending on the event.

Permitted items:

  • Small backpack (max. 40cm x 40cm x 20cm), handbag, or fabric tote bag with few compartments and easy to inspect

  • Small non-professional digital or compact cameras without detachable lenses

  • Mobile phones

  • Power banks

  • Mobility aids for persons with disabilities

  • One empty 0.5L soft disposable bottle

  • Individually packed small snacks, candy bags, and similar personal-use food items

  • Small foldable umbrellas

Prohibited items and substances include (but are not limited to):

  • Any item that can be used to harm others, such as firearms, knives, blunt weapons, chains, spiked belts, and tools

  • Products containing pressurized gas (e.g. hairspray)

  • Liquids, alcohol, illegal substances

  • Fireworks, explosives, flares

  • Umbrellas with sharp tips

  • Professional photography and recording equipment, including DSLR cameras, video cameras, selfie sticks, GoPro devices, audio recorders, and portable speakers

  • Portable electronic devices such as tablets, laptops, walkie-talkies, and similar technical equipment

  • All drones and related remote controls

  • Laser pointers and similar devices using laser technology

  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, electric mopeds, and other motorized or non-motorized transport devices

  • Baby strollers and prams (except at events specifically designed for children and families)

  • Bottles, cans, and containers made of metal, hard plastic, or glass

  • Prepared food items

  • Pets and other animals

  • High-visibility vests, jackets, and other attention-grabbing clothing

  • Posters, advertisements, and flyers (including distributing them within the event area)

Is there a cloakroom at Veikkaus Arena?

Paid storage lockers are available at Veikkaus Arena. There are three different locker sizes. The storage fee ranges from 5 to 12 euros (plus an admin fee of 0,95 euros), depending on the size of the locker. You can pay by either a credit/debit card or using mobile pay methods.

The lockers are located by the main entrances on the 1st and 3rd floors and in the C staircase by the entrance to the floor area.

If you experience any issues when paying for Mobile Lockers, please check with your bank or card issuer that international online transactions are enabled on your card.

Where is first aid located at events?

First aid personnel are present at every event and move among the audience. If you need assistance, please contact the Veikkaus Arena staff. The first aid station is located on the third floor, opposite Staircase A, next to Section 302.

Where can I get earplugs?

During events, Veikkaus Arena offers a wide selection of reusable earplugs and various types of hearing protection at dedicated sales points.

Reusable earplugs are also available for purchase at the Arena’s sales points as needed.

Can I buy merchandise at the arena?

At the arena, you have the opportunity to purchase fan merchandise at dedicated sales points during specific events. If needed, please contact the event organizer regarding fan merchandise sales for the event you are attending.
Fan merchandise sales points are located in the lower lobby on the 1st floor opposite section 105, and on the 3rd floor next to section 301.

Can I take photos at the event?

Professional cameras (with detachable lenses), audio recorders, and video recording equipment is prohibited. Please also check the event-specific guidelines to see whether recording or photographing the event is allowed.

Where are lost and found items delivered?

Lost property from events is delivered to Lost & Found Finland Oy, where inquiries can be made. Their phone service is available 24/7 at +358 600 41006.

The transfer of lost property to the service provider typically takes a few business days.

Accessibility

How have you taken accessibility into consideration?

Where is accessible parking located?

Accessible parking is available on parking decks 1 and 4, with elevator access to the Arena’s main entrance. The maximum height of the parking garage is 2 m.

If you arrive in a vehicle, displaying a disabled parking permit, that exceeds the height limit of the parking garage, please contact the traffic controller on the arena deck upon arrival. The traffic controller will guide you to the right parking space.

Security staff will assist with outdoor mobility if needed and guide you to the best route.

Where is wheelchair seating located?

Access to the accessible wheelchair platform is through section 114. Seats are sold via Ticketmaster as wheelchair tickets. The bar near section 115 is lowered for wheelchair users.

For customers using a rollator, the most suitable seats are in the upper rows of Sections 113, 114, 115, and 116. The top of these sections can be reached via the wheelchair-accessible route. The security personnel will store the rollator beside the seating area and return it upon request.

Please note that, with the exception of the accessible seating area, all seating sections in the arena require navigating a few steps, even when using the wheelchair-accessible route.

What is your assistant policy?

The assistant policy may vary by event. Customers who require a companion ticket are asked to contact Ticketmaster or the Arena directly before purchasing tickets so we can recommend the best solution.

Proof of need for assistance may be required upon arrival at the event. Acceptable proof includes:

  • EU Disability Card

  • Visual Impairment Card

  • Medical or healthcare certificate

  • Other equivalent documentation

In most cases, a wheelchair ticket includes one companion, and no separate ticket is needed. This will be confirmed during the ticket purchase process.

  • Online

  • By phone

  • At ticket outlets

How have you taken inclusivity into consideration at your events?

Gender-neutral restrooms are located near seating sections 110 and 111.

On the first floor, near the main entrance, you’ll find the Safe Space, designed to support fans who think or experience things differently. During events, trained staff are present in the room, which features comfortable seating, weighted blankets, and headphones.

Our staff is trained to handle harassment situations, so if you encounter unwanted behavior, please do not hesitate to contact the Safe Space team or any of our employees.

Veikkaus Arena enforces zero tolerance for all forms of harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence, and abuse of power.


All our visitors are expected to follow the principles of a safer space:

  • Treat everyone equally and respect diversity.

  • Respect other people's experiences and self-identification. Do not make assumptions about others' experiences, life situations, or identities.

  • Do not harass anyone verbally, through physical contact, or by staring.

  • Everyone has the right to their own opinions and the responsibility to respect the opinions of others. Discriminatory attitudes are not opinions.

  • Make space for others and help ensure that everyone can participate in the way they choose.

  • Adjust your behavior if someone asks you to, or if you are made aware that your behavior is causing a problem.

If you witness discrimination, racism, or harassment, intervene if possible or report the situation to staff immediately.

At every event, a person who has received harassment contact person training will be available in the Safe Space to provide support.

The suites are accessible by wheelchair; however, wheelchairs are unfortunately not generally permitted in the seating area. To ensure the best possible experience for you, please contact us in advance at premium@veikkausarena.fi if you have any accessibility-related questions or specific requirements.

A complimentary companion ticket is available for guests who require assistance. Please be prepared to provide documentation confirming the need for a companion.
